University-enterprise collaboration

The “Dual System” talent cultivation program is a vocational education pilot project hosted by German enterprises and institutions in China under the Ministry of Education of China. It is also one of the first batch of “Dual System” talent cultivation pilot projects in Zhejiang Province.

College-enterprise cooperation serves as a bridge between education and industry, aiming to achieve mutual benefits and promote the integration of education and practice. The collaboration between Hangzhou Vocational & Technical College and PAIG China demonstrates the successful application of the German "dual education system" in China, where both parties integrate the educational resources of the school with the practical needs of the enterprise to jointly cultivate high-quality technical talents.

This model combines theoretical knowledge taught in schools with practical training provided by enterprises, helping students to develop comprehensively in professional skills and overall quality. In the cooperation project, students have not only undergone PAIG China's rigorous training system but have also improved their adaptability to positions and teamwork skills under the guidance of corporate mentors. Through the diversified curriculum design of the project, students have gained valuable internship experience in the fields of automotive inspection, maintenance, and sales, laying a solid foundation for their future career development.

Since its launch, the cooperation project has successfully cultivated numerous professional talents. PAIG China's industry standards and management experience have laid the foundation for the cooperation and promoted PAIG's deep involvement in the field of vocational education. As college-enterprise cooperation continues to deepen, PAIG will continue to provide Hangzhou Vocational & Technical College with international educational resources and experience, offering a platform for outstanding talents to practice and grow, and jointly promoting the integrated development of industry and education.
